Bluvarì Charming House is born from the owner passion to share peace, colors and the scent of their land; it is the perfect choice for those who are looking for a luxury house to enjoy the sea and nature of the Ligurian Riviera in an exclusive environment.
Thanks to the privileged position on the hills of Alassio, this elegant building offers the opportunity to spend your holidays in total relaxation, away from the crowds and the confusion of the beaches, but not far from the sea.
The house consists of a large living area with equipped kitchen where a large window offers a suggestive view of the Gulf of Alassio. The living area also includes a living room with sofa, coffee table and two armchairs.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with three bedrooms (two double and one twin) all overlooking the incomparable blue sea and the green of the surrounding hills, a unique combination of tranquility and modern comfort,that combine the charm of the old farmhouse with the most modern comforts.

Outside, the house offers a large green space with attention to detail and a relaxing infinity pool with its jacuzzi: the pool, with a panoramic sea view, is surrounded by an elegant English lawn and a fragrant Mediterranean garden rich in different types of flowers and aromatic essences.
The large patio on the ground floor, covered by a pergola and a refreshing sailing tent, is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy pleasant moments watching the sea.
The barbecue area, close to the pool, has a corner with wood-burning oven and equipped rustic kitchen. The area is covered by a pergola with table and chairs, perfect for barbecues, lunches and dinners outdoors.
On the first floor guests have a characteristic terrace covered with pergola and furnished with comfortable chairs that allow you to enjoy the environment in complete relaxation.

When we decided to renovate the cottage, we had a goal: to combine tradition and modernity making the house self-sufficient in energy without spoiling the old charm.
We therefore sought solutions that perfectly integrate the ancient materials and the pre-existing architecture with the most advanced solutions for energy saving.

Solar panels used for domestic water heating and heat pumps for room cooling.
Photovoltaic system
All appliances are powered by electricity produced with our photovoltaic system that allows us to avoid the use of traditional energy sources.
Underfloor heating
An efficient and modern underfloor heating system generates uniform and pleasant thermal comfort in all rooms of the house, reducing energy consumption.
Water wells
With the recovery of two ancient artesian stone wells, we gave the house the opportunity to extract and store all the available water in a special underground tank to be used to irrigate plants and gardens.
